Very slow streaming, when no user is logged in

Hey guys,

I've got the problem, that if I am not logged in with an user on my Windows 8.1 "Server" the streaming speed slows down dramatically. I tested it by downloading a file and with a logged in user the speed is at 1500kb/s and without a logged in user it goes down to 50kb/s.

My Emby Server runs as a service. Does Windows shut down any related service, that Emby needs, when no user is logged in?

cheers

EDIT: Didn't look deep enough into it. There were like 5 instances of ffmpeg killing my CPU off. All good now...
