dcrdev 255 Posted January 31, 2017 Posted January 31, 2017 I have a feeling that the connection the addon is making to Emby Server via websocket is the cause of hanging on exit from Kodi. In the past this was not an issue, but due to me recently having to reconfigure Kodi from scratch I noticed that a lot of settings weren't being persisted because Kodi wasn't exiting cleanly. It's definitely the addon that's causing this as disabling it allows for a clean exit, the websocket theory is just assumption based on behaviour I've observed elsewhere (mainly tunnelling Websockets via Apache) . Would it be possible to listen for Exit, Shutdown and Reboot events and forcefully terminate the websocket beforehand? Thanks
