dcrdev 255 Posted January 31, 2017 Posted January 31, 2017 Had to upgrade my distro last night and unfortunately Kodi 16.1 hasn't been built against the newest version - only 17 RC4 is available via the repository. Due to that I had to reconfigure Kodi from scratch last night, including installing the latest version of the addon. Let me first say that you guys have done a brilliant job with the addon, it's moved on leaps and bounds since the version I was using; everything just worked straight off the bat, without any manual editing of the sources/passwords xml. One minor issue I've noticed is that the addon is exporting multiple device names and these show up in the Emby dashboard- both under devices and connected devices. This appears unaffected by the custom name setting within the addon; I've tried deleting the entries in Emby, generating a new device id etc.. but this hasn't made a difference The two entries I see are in this format: my-hostname Kodi (my-hostname) Other than that works great - just thought I'd mention it.
