Luke 42083 Posted January 31, 2017 Posted January 31, 2017 Hi, go into Emby library setup and click on the library in question and ensure the settings for that library are the way you want them to be. Once you've done that, try refreshing again and let us know if the issue persists. thanks !

Luke 42083 Posted January 31, 2017 Posted January 31, 2017 Ok in your log I see lots of timeouts, failures to connect to tmdb (moviedb), and Omdb. That most likely is your issue. You need to make sure the server can get out to the internet. If you're not sure why this might be happening, try rebooting your computer.
Luke 42083 Posted January 31, 2017 Posted January 31, 2017 Additionally if you'd like to speed up your library scan, try removing the Roku Thumbnail plugin.

Luke 42083 Posted January 31, 2017 Posted January 31, 2017 Thanks for reporting back. I think the network problems was probably not anything network related but just likely due to your machine getting hammer by roku image extraction.

RickBerg 0 Posted January 31, 2017 Posted January 31, 2017 Hi. I have exactly the same problem but not Roku Thumbnail plugin installed. (So I cant uninstall it....) I have done all the thing the Galphanore did to make it work. It all started a couple of weeks ago...
RickBerg 0 Posted January 31, 2017 Posted January 31, 2017 And all new movies are with double year like "Movie (2015) (2015)"
Luke 42083 Posted January 31, 2017 Posted January 31, 2017 And all new movies are with double year like "Movie (2015) (2015)" Hi @@RickBerg, what exactly is your issue? can you please describe it from the beginning? thanks !
ceedeetee 1 Posted February 2, 2017 Posted February 2, 2017 FYI I had this after update to 3.1.5.0 Just ensure in Library/Manage Folders/ that Save artwork and metadata into media folders is checked - appears to have been unchecked. Then do a refresh of the affected movies (including replacing images) and the images should start populating - this also affects NFO files
Luke 42083 Posted February 2, 2017 Posted February 2, 2017 @@ceedeetee, the setting was moved from global to per library. apologies for the disruption. glad you have it figured out.
RickBerg 0 Posted February 2, 2017 Posted February 2, 2017 Sorry that I never come back with an answer. I noticed that you with the new version by default disabled everything under "library". I changed everything to on but still have the same problem. Everything that I add just creates a poster.jpg from a screenshot of the file. Nothing else. And in the library "edit" under movie name I got the year included like "moviename 2015". When I scroll in my movies all new movies got double years like "moviename (2015) (2015)" Everything else work like it should Except DLNA. Emby never show up in my Samsung TVs. They all worked before... This stopped sometime late 2016...
