mskenny 8 Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 This problem is happening in at least versions 3.1.4 and 3.1.5 when playing music through Chrome (on both Windows and Mac.) If you pause a song and leave it paused for 30 seconds or so, when you click the icon to resume it will start playing the song from the start. The control bar at the bottom of the screen will show the time where you originally stopped the song and it will not start counting again. I can't get this to happen on IE 11. I've attached the logs. Thanks! Luke 42085 Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 It's probably limited to when audio is transcoding, and I see it's transcoding your flac. Once you have Chrome 56 it won't need to transcode your flac anymore and i don't think you'll see this happen. mskenny 8 Posted January 30, 2017 Author Posted January 30, 2017 Thanks, I look forward to that. However, this is a recent phenomenon; it worked fine until recent updates.
Luke 42085 Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 Probably a browser update then, because the browsers all have different behavior with what they do with the buffer while paused, so that is why you're seeing the discrepancy.
