Collections Problem

I have been having this issue for a couple of years and was unable to find a fix until now.  

I set all boxsets to "ignore" on coverart. (I was using clear case style), it than starting working great. I was in the mood for new artwork anyway so I changed everything to metro including boxsets and it has been working great since. Not sure why that worked but very happy it did!!!!!!
