Emby Server - Docker on UnRaid adding remote media shares

I have added a second Unraid server to my setup and I am trying to get Emby Server 3.1.5.0 running in a Docker and have it access my media from my other/old Unraid server. 

New server is running Unraid 6.2.4 and I have installed the "Unassigned Devices" plug-in. I have mounted, and I can access my old server from the Unraid 6 GUI at: /mnt/disks/UNRAID_Movies 

I can also SSH into the new server and access the (mounted) old server shares. But when I try to add an old server share as a media folder nothing "shows up" it scans for a second but isn't seeing any media.

I have been googling for an answer but no luck, I realize this isn't strictly an Emby issue but I have always gotten great help here so I am asking here first.
