M3u parsing change

Currently we use the m3u stream urls as an internal identifier. This generally works but can cause issues with data getting reset if the url changes from day to day (e.g., different query string parameters).

 

Going forward, if the tvg-id attribute is present, we will be using that, and if not present, we will continue with current behavior. However, because this could be a destructive change to existing setups, it will only apply to new m3u tuners added going forward.

On second thought I'm just going to have this take effect immediately. I wasn't really thinking. The beta has already made major changes to m3u parsing, so data is going to be reset anyway.
