Error downloading from opensubtitles: Invalid remote certificate

Hey all,

 

I was trying to setup emby to automatically download subtitles for my tv shows. When this did not seem to work i tried to download subtitles manually, 

by navigating to the episode itself -> Edit Subtitles, after which i would press the search icon. Every time it says "No results found", even though i am sure that

there are results (KODI is able to find them using opensubtitles).

 

I have already looked around but i could not find anyone else with this exact error message (although ofcourse i could be wrong): 

System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. ---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

Can anybody help me solve this?

Thanks for the report. It just started happening yesterday so we're going to give it a day or so and see if OpenSubtitles resolves it on their end like they usually do, then we'll look into it if the issue remains. Thanks for the report.

I still experience this problem, even with emby server version 3.1.5.0
