Chuggy 3 Posted January 22, 2017 Posted January 22, 2017 Currently clicking on a channel/show in the guide pulls up three options: tune to channel, record show, record series. Would it be possible to move that screen to a long press command or put the recording options in the OSD? The extra click seems to be an issue making Emby family friendly. Especially for member that have a tendency to flip from channel to channel frequently. 1
maegibbons 1287 Posted January 22, 2017 Posted January 22, 2017 (edited) HiUsually when you are going to record it is in the future so you dont want emby to tune to channel now if you are recording a future ptrogram. So you cannot have it easily on osd for later shows.However, i suppose if the program selected is currently live it SHOULD tune to channel straight away THEN select record from osd if you want current episode recorded or whole series.The more i think about it the more i like that idea.
