ThermoDust 12 Posted January 22, 2017 Posted January 22, 2017 You guys have done a wonderful job so far on the beta app. The login/connect screen is by far one of the better and the general layout is well done. I am sure if this keeps up I may switch from the Android TV to this full time. 1

ThermoDust 12 Posted January 22, 2017 Author Posted January 22, 2017 In general Amazon Video and CuriosityStream. The lack of a modern Emby app was holding giving me pause as that is a prime application I use. Now that you'll have a nice modern app I have no reason not to move.
Guest Grace1313 Posted January 22, 2017 Posted January 22, 2017 I can't speak for ThermoDust , but for me it had to do with the stability of the box. I've had 6 Rokus over the years and never had a problem with any of them. I've had a freeze and reboot maybe half a dozen times. Now granted i didn't give the Android tv box much time, i had 3 reboots in the first hour i used it. I also had the fire tv, but that layout is just horrendous (not emby). With many others watching emby while I'm not here, that stability means a lot, along with the simplicity and quick navigation. It didn't have anything to do with emby itself.
