Spin Up Disks after suspend

I Do not know if it's the right place to make a Media Server request.

 

I have 2 Raid drives connected to USB3 and after Suspend not automatically torn discs (Spin Up) only when I want to play a movie.

Could be possible that after suspend when Media Server makes a "Scan Media", do a disks Spin Up?

 

I tried from O.S with "disable selective USB suspend" or "Disable fast USB resume" or "ForceHCReseton resume" but not spin up after suspend.
