Paid android tv different from normal android

I make the request to use emby in android. I recently bought an nvidia shield android tv and it tells me that I have to pay.

 

Are different systems with different payments?

Android TV app is different to Android Mobile and charged seperately if that is what you are asking.

Unless, of course, you subscribe to Emby Premiere.  Then you get both for free .
