Vimeo plugin can't be uninstalled

I tried to install Vimeo, but it wouldn't work, but now I can't uninstall it!

 

As seen on image 1, it's still available from the server, but when I'm opening the plugin function, it's not there, just like it's already been uninstalled.

I've tried to install it again, but it still don't shows on the plugin page..

 

Anyway to uninstall it manually?

Hi, try removing the vimeo dll file manually. I am not able to tell you the path to the file without a complete log file. thanks.
