tomadam28 0 Posted January 19, 2017 Author Posted January 19, 2017 (edited) Hi. Which Emby app were you using? Hi. Emby Android (latest version, Philips 2016 8 Series Android TV) and Emby Windows Player (from latest Chrome without extensions) Edited January 19, 2017 by tomadam28
ebr 16169 Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 Okay, on each of the respective apps, what, exactly, happens when you attempt to play this item? Also, please include a server log from trying to play it and tell us the name of what it is you are playing. Thanks. How to Report a Problem

How to Report a Problem If i start the movie from Chrome app, its just the circle moving for minutes and sometime freeze. If i start the movie from Android App, the screen turns grey and not responding (i need to force stop the app from android menu) I try to play a local hungarian documentary movie titled "Vizek-Birodalma" (World of the Waters) Log.txt
Luke 42077 Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 @@tomadam28, I notice that you have customized your ffmpeg build. Please try this build here: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Emby.Resources/tree/master/ffmpeg/windows You can download it, unzip it, and set it up in the Emby server dashboard under the Transcoding menu. Thanks ! 1
