can't access folder on my network nas

hi,

 

i use media browser classic 3 but with the version 2, i could add folders movies from my nas and see it on mediabrower classic.

But with the version 3, you can't add any folder.

so i guessed i coud do it with MBT but everytime i try to add folder on the media library from my nas.

i have this message "Error. There was and error processing the request", i  tried with the ip and the nas name.

i even tried with second nas, same problem

i can access with my windows pc 

Any idea ?
