Scan Media Library task reports inflated "Last ran" time

This is a minor issue, but I find it annoying and I hope it is a simple bug fix.

When I am looking at the web interface, Scheduled Tasks, the instant after "Scan Media Library" completes (and I mean the very second it completes), it says: "Last ran 2 minutes ago, taking 26 seconds".

That is obviously wrong. If it is reporting when the task completed, then it is off by 2 minutes. If it is reporting when the task started, then it is off by 1 minutes and 34 seconds.

It is reporting when it started.  However, there are some things that happen after it and those are not included in the time it is reporting for its execution.

It started 26 seconds ago. There are no things happening after the scan that are included in that time (at least nothing that takes more than a second), because as I said, it reports 2 minutes the instant that those 26 seconds are up.

Well, there are some post-scan tasks that happen after the actual library scan and I thought maybe that was where it was getting tripped up.  In any case, something is definitely amiss with it.
