Emby apparently is able to find the correct show but it doesn't fully believe in itself to commit to the episode it finds. So as an example, I have a recording a Gotham from last night. In the "Latest DVR" it shows the episode with the correct season and episode. However, in auto organize, it shows a failure to sort the episode: Gotham_20170116_20002101.mp4 And in the log files, it says its unable to sort: 2017-01-17 10:39:39.9296 Info App: Sorting file D:\Users\Public\Recorded TV\Gotham_20170116_20002101.mp42017-01-17 10:39:39.9296 Warn App: Unable to determine series name from D:\Users\Public\Recorded TV\Gotham_20170116_20002101.mp4 Not sure why the latest DVR shows the correct season and episode but auto organize can't make the connection. I have included the whole log file if you want to sort through that although i think i pulled out the relevant part for you. Lastly, I believe this started after the 3.1 (currently running 3.1.2)upgrade and so far, I have had to manually input the correct season and episode for the shows since then. Anything you and your team can do to help me is greatly appreciated as I am really not sure why this started happening and I have no idea what to try to fix it.
