rechner123 12 Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 Hallo Leute Bei meinen Filmen ist das Primary Bild immer sehr klein und hat daher eine schlechte Auflösung. 200x300 sind diese immer. Austauschen kann ich diese auf größere und sehen dann auch besser aus. Ist das normal oder habe ich etwas verstellt? Ich finds leider nirgends etwas unter den einstellungen.
D-Ruffy 3 Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 Hi, guck mal unter metadata -> Dienste dann ganz unten den Reiter Bild Einstellungen ausklappen, was du da eingestellt hast. Geht zwar da eigentlich nur um die minimale Breite des Hintergrunds, aber was anderes ist mir auch nicht bekannt. Gruß

Maybe that's the only image the metadata provider had at that time? Can you create a new example with new content? That will be much easier to diagnose. Thanks !

rechner123 12 Posted January 21, 2017 Author Posted January 21, 2017 I dont know what you mean exactly. My movies are saved in mkv format. The movies are in a folder named like the movie(h:\\Filme\Ab.durch.die.hecke\Ab.durch.die.hecke.mkv)

Habe es gerade über die links im Metadaten Manager für die imdb ID und TheMovieDb ID geprüft und wurde zum richtigen Film auf deren Webseite geleitet. Diese kleine Primary Image habe ich bei allen Filmen die ich hinzufüge!

edd-- 2 Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 I have exactly the same problem, I always have to do a manual update of the primary image, standard the primary image is set to 200px wide. If I search manually the right (large) image is found right away though ...

Probier doch mal einen Film aus. Gerade nochmal probiert, mit einen neuen Film, jedoch das selbe Problem.

Try refreshing using the 3-dot menu and enable the option to replace all images. thanks. I tried the refresh several times with several movies. This doesn't replace the image to a higher resolution.
