all4dom 101 Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 Hi. I am experiencing an issue with ET. I was playng a show for my daughter and everything was ok. After switching to another show and then back, ET was not playing the video, but was playing the audio. I am running et on my win 7 pc and the emby server is located on my hp pro liant machine. I am directly connected and not plying via wireless. Thanks. Also I was wondering do i need to add any type of codec package or anything on my pc. I did a clean install of my htpc and my desktop des so I don't really remember what additional software i had installed. Thanks again. Log2.txt Log2ffmpeg.txt

all4dom 101 Posted January 16, 2017 Author Posted January 16, 2017 OK. thank u. I'm sure they are working on it.
diaz1510 154 Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 (edited) I hope so...at this point, no media can be watched in my home... I feel like that AT&T commercial when the family loses internet and can't figure out what to do now haha... Edited January 16, 2017 by diaz1510
all4dom 101 Posted January 16, 2017 Author Posted January 16, 2017 It looks like Luke released an update for et. That may be the fix.
diaz1510 154 Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 No, the update is what caused the issue... I'm having this issue with 2.5.36 Is there a newer version? How do I force an update if so?
all4dom 101 Posted January 16, 2017 Author Posted January 16, 2017 Yes you are correct. It is not working with any content.
blade005 185 Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 Yes you are correct. It is not working with any content. Emby Theater: Version 2.5.36 The video is actually playing, it is just not the focused (ON TOP) screen when you hit PLAY. If you hit ALT-TAB on keyboard a few times you can eventually get the video to become the focused screen.
all4dom 101 Posted January 16, 2017 Author Posted January 16, 2017 I guess they are working on a fix as we speak.
