Logging into apps/ wrong acct???

hello,

 

I'm a premiere user trying unsuccessfully to log into the android app, web app via android browser on local network or remotely, or windows browser local or remotely. i am able to log into the server on the host machine using my credentials so I know they are valid. Attempting to connect manually the android app sees the server but wont connect. via browser, it doesnt see the server at all. inputting the ip and port, etc does not work.

 

I've disabled the vpn on the host machine. i tried resetting passwords and restarting machines. Tried local pin. Fresh out of ideas here. I've never had such a hard time logging into something before.

 

just now, i tried to send an invitation to myself. i didnt recognize the username or email address mentioned in the email I received, it wasnt mine. my account has been mixed up with someone else's, it seems! i need help getting this straightened out ASAP.
