High CPU Load, 2 threads maxed

Hi,

 

I've got Emby Server Version 3.1.2.0 running on Windows 10 x64 (1511) and I've caught it 3 times in the past month or so using high cpu usage. Seems to completely max out 2 threads, which works out to be 46-53% of the CPU usage on my quad core. According to my system diagnostic logs it lasts indefinitely until I restart Emby. During the error, the system runs as normal (2 threads are just in use).

 

I use Emby Server with the Emby Addon for Kodi. I run Emby Server portably (in its own non default folder). This issue has not been present for long and I haven't changed my settings since setting up the server, at least a year ago.

 

I've attached a log of the most recent day, although the issue itself may have started more than a week ago.

Hi, can you try removing all Emby plugins and seeing if the issue persists with just the core server? Thanks !

Yes alright, I'll give that a go.

 

Only two plugins installed. Pushbullet, which didn't get used and Emby for Kodi Sync Queue. Sadly removing the Sync Queue plugin dramatically increases the time it takes to do a resync of the database, should I need to do one soon. I'll uninstall both and report back if anything changes.
