MadVR does well at de-interlacing, audio sync issues

I was watching some OTA HDTV programming, and noticed bad de-interlacing video artifacts.  So I went and checked the renderer in Emby Theater.  It was set to auto, so I switched to MadVR.  It did a great job at deinterlacing the HDTV 1080i video.

Unfortunately, I have noticed that MadVR often breaks the audio sync to video, which can make it unwatchable.  So I resort to watching in Windows Media Player, which does not have this issue, or use MadVR.  I use analog output from an Asus D2X PCIe sound card.  Are others experiencing this issue?

I think your CPU must not be able to handle MadVR.

CPU is an i7-6800K, should be fine.

I have seen the MadVR audiosync problem on my i5-6600, an i5-4670, and a tiny little TV box. The content was DVD rip of Japanese movie, bad comb effects so I tried MadVR. Switched back to Auto or EVR+ due to bad sync. Didn't think much of it at the time but figured to chime in here.
