The client pc must be logged in with a user/password that has been added to your server.  I encountered this today after rebuilding my server.  I couldn't get any iso's to play.  I checked my log and found out the iso wasn't getting mounted.  That was the reason.  Hope it helps out anyone else that might struggle in the future.
