Home Screen Issue - Safari on El Cap

Server Version 3.1.2.0

 

Safari 10.0.2 on Mac OSX El Capitan 10.11.6

 

In the past few builds I have noticed a nagging problem that I thought I would mention.  When I first try to open the web interface I get the following:

 

 

After a refresh the browser a few times (sometimes once - sometimes more than once) I get my normal main page:

 

 

Anyone else seen this?
