API call to determine whether the server is actually running a scheduled task

Hello,

I've looked through the documentation of the API, but I couldn't find a call, which with I could determine whether the server is actually running a scheduled task.

Is there simply no call for that, or did I overlooked it?

 

Oh, and is there a call to start scheduled tasks as well as determine if actually somebody is playing a media file on the server (streaming, direct playing or transcoding)?
