TV Guide (EPG) without tv tuner / tv server

Is there a way to use the tv guide (EPG) view in Emby without tvtuner hardware and tv server software.?

 

Only load the content from an xmltv file and viewable in Emby?

Just add a m3u "dummy" tuner with a file with all the channels you want to look at and link to xmltv source.

 

Cannot really see the point as you wont be able to watch!!
