HDHomerun Tuner and Automatically organize recordings into existing series folders in other libraries

I just set this up after turning of Next PVR to see how it works, In the Live TV section I can see the show and the recorded episodes but not the existing ones. If I go to TV and the show I see the other episodes I have but not the new ones. 

 

Is there a scheduled jobs that moves them together and I am just impatient or does the auto organize into existing series not do this as thought?

Just noticed some other threads on this. Looks like the recording library is still a thing. What would happen if I point auto organise at the series folder

So before I turn on the automatic organizing for the series folder any know issues?
