SQLitePCL.pretty.SQLiteException Error

I'm running version 3.1.6206.5924 dev

 

I'm not seeing any thumbnail images displayed and I'm seeing the following error:

 

Chapter image extraction failed.

15 minutes ago

Exception of type 'SQLitePCL.pretty.SQLiteException' was thrown.

 

I'm also getting the same error for:

Refresh Guide failed. Clean Database failed. Refresh people failed.

 

 

What is a SQLitePCL.pretty.SQLiteException error and how do I fix it.

I've attached the latest log.  I've enabled debug and I'm running version 3.1.6214.1034 dev now

Yes I did and it's resolved for the next release, however, the exception being thrown now is different and it's in your hands, not mind.

IOError: disk I/O error

SQlite is unable to save to the database because your operating system is raising a disk error. First thing to do is make sure there is space available. If the issue persists try rebooting. If it still persists, consider running hard drive diagnostics.
