Cinema mode not playing trailers

90% of my collection has trailers within their respective folders.  I use ET and have it set to use cinema mode.  I've got it setup in the server (I don't want any internet trailers, only trailers of movies I own).  I've got the box checked for trailers from my collection.  I've followed the wiki and the structure is accurate.  I've got it setup to play 2 trailers before the movie starts.  I've also got the trailer plugin installed, but with the setup options  available there, not sure what it has to do with locally stored trailers.

 

I've also got a custom intro setup.  Whenever I play a movie, it will go straight to the custom intro and play that just fine, then right into the the movie, but it never plays any trailers.  It won't do it in any app...ET, web client, or mobile versions...nor on any user account

 

Am I missing something?

Yeah I have notice this too. I first noticed it a week or two ago. I thought maybe it was just me. Thought that I had done something or a new setting had been added that I didn't see. Thanks for making this post. Maybe we will get an answer to what's going on.

Looks like people with trailer issues, have custom intro's or personal trailers.

 

I have no issues, but i get internet trailers only.

For me, trailers are very slow to load. I do not have local trailers from my library checked. I get a spinner for what seems like several minutes but have never timed it. It is probably less than 30 seconds or maybe even 15 but it is annoying to wait and look at a spinner. I love Theater Mode and am looking to put up a few intro videos in my library too but am also thinking of disabling it because of the issues it seems to be creating.
