Which is Correct Location? - and Happy New Year!

I was just looking through my metadata folder and found two "People" folders:

 

First is: metadata/studio/studio/people - All actors A-Z grouped together but in a folder per actor

 

Second is: metadata/people/ - All actors are separated into folders A-Z, for example:

 

metadata/people/b/bob.jpg

 

Could someone please tell me which is the correct peoples folder?

The second one (metadata/people/).  No idea where the first one came from.

When I reinstalled Emby I just left my peoples folder in the same location - My Pictures/People/ . I have no idea where the other folder came from, complete mystery.... Should I post a log from somewhere?

No, it's probably something that was configured in the past and no longer has any impact. thanks.
