iPad 1.3.0 display issues

I'm getting the following issues on the iPad 1.3.0 app.

 

1. When setting the ability to see upcoming episodes in a season, the season poster shows all stored files AND unaired episodes as "unwatched" when it should be only the current stored media files. I'm my case it should show (2) unwatched episodes as seen in the screenshots below.

 

2. When first exploring a season with current content and unaired episodes I am seeing the Thumb image being cut off.

 

 

3. Also note that the episodes are tiled vertically in issue #2. As soon as you tap one of the malformed images then the thumbs realign to a scrollable horizontal content view. You can also see that the thumb images have corrected themselves.
