Live tv stopped and after update cannot play video format

As it says

 

Cannot get live tv working on both iOS and amazon fire TV.

 

Spinner just rotates

It was working, changed channel and now nothing works even after multiple reboots and updating all apps

 

Both apps complain that it can't play the video format

 

Suggestions?

Works using the hdhomerun app. Just not through emby

Seen a recent post about deleting the tuners and re-adding. Works now. Maybe the server was old (manual) update needed due to running as service on server vs. amazon firetv box and iOS who update automatically.
