Can't access library

After the last two updates I am unable to access my library, I use chrome and have had to close the window or at times have to restart the server. It will just keep loading, not allowing me to access my library, Everything worked fine before, the last time I had to uninstall and reinstall the server program to get everything to work again. If it loads, if I click on the folders, nothing happens. Sometimes it will work, other times I will have to restart the server.

Here's the most recent log. Still having the same problem. I can see my library, but when I click on the picture, I cant access what is inside or change anything.Log.txt

I got the server working again. Something must have gone wrong when it updated. I used a back up configuration and now it works fine again.
