Dune 0 Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 Hi, I‘m using emby quite a while on my synology NAS (DS415+) never had any problems. My installation is old and based on this description. Currently running (stable) Emby: 3.0.8500.0 with ImageMagick: 6.9.5-0 Q8 x86_64 & Mono: 4.2.2 Now updates a usually quite simple, by replacing the share folder with the new version to volume1/@appstore/emby/share/emby But this time I’m not able to start emby: sudo su emby -c '/usr/local/mono/bin/mono /usr/local/emby/share/emby/MediaBrowser.Server.Mono.exe -programdata /usr/local/emby/var -ffmpeg /usr/local/ffmpeg/bin/ffmpeg -ffprobe /usr/local/ffmpeg/bin/ffprobe' QuoteUnhandled Exception: System.MissingMethodException: Method 'Array.Empty' not found. [ERROR] FATAL UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: System.MissingMethodException: Method 'Array.Empty' not found. There are no other logs, nothing. I really appreciate any help you can provide.
Solution Luke 42077 Posted December 28, 2016 Solution Posted December 28, 2016 Hi, are you using the Synology package as outlined on our website? https://emby.media/nas-server.html We recommend using that. If you have built this manually, then please note, the minimum mono version is now 4.4.2. 1
