tvinhas 14 Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 Hi, This morning I was surprised by a second Movies library showing up on my Android TV and Web apps. The 2nd Movies library is empty, and it doesn't exist when looking up on Manage as you can see in the images bellow. Any thoughts? It just happened today.
Luke 42085 Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 did you configure that recordings path in live tv setup?
tvinhas 14 Posted December 28, 2016 Author Posted December 28, 2016 Yes, it's configured as /dvr/Recordings
tvinhas 14 Posted December 29, 2016 Author Posted December 29, 2016 @@ebr I'm not sure this should be on the Windows forum. I'm running Linux for the server and Android TV for viewing.
tvinhas 14 Posted December 29, 2016 Author Posted December 29, 2016 @@Luke Do you have any idea what might be causing this? I've tried everything, from deleting my Movies library and removing all the schedules for recording movies, removed the the Movie recording path on live tv setup, moved the library.db and other library files from data/ to force Emby to regenerate, and nothing worked. I still have an empty Movies library on the web app and Android TV app. I'm using the latest beta now (the problem started to occur with 3.1.1, but persists in the latest beta)
Luke 42085 Posted December 29, 2016 Posted December 29, 2016 are there any video files in that folder?
tvinhas 14 Posted December 29, 2016 Author Posted December 29, 2016 No @@Luke, there's nothing there. The Library doesn't show on the manager interface, just on the web app UI and Android TV.
tvinhas 14 Posted December 29, 2016 Author Posted December 29, 2016 I just noted that the only configuration place I see this ghost Movies library is on the user profile.
tvinhas 14 Posted December 29, 2016 Author Posted December 29, 2016 Ok, after un-checking Movies from the Latest Items (the library doesn't exist, and was not supposed to be there), the problem was solved. So there's definitely some bug there.
