Live TV Stopped Working (Just Spins and Doesn't Tune)

EDIT:  Looks like it is now back up and running.  Even though I had restarted my server multiple times, it finally is working.  Seems that restarting through the Windows Task Manager worked where restarting through the Emby Web Settings didn't.  

 

A few days ago my Live TV stopped working everywhere I use Emby (it just spins and doesn't tune to the channel or record)...Fire TV, Web, etc.  Just had a chance to mess with it and it is still working fine in HDHomeRun, Plex and directly through my TV.  I have attached a log.  Thanks for any help.
