FR: Allow Libraries to only show on Specific Devices

With the push to 4k, I have certain TV's in the house that do not support 4k.  In those instances currently the server is trying to transcode the 4k content to 1080p, which is a bear.

 

In most instances I have 1080p versions of the same content.  All of my 4k content is in a specific library.

 

Give us a way to tie certain libraries to specific devices.

 

Right now, if I login in to my 1080p TV, I see the 4k Library.  While I am smart enough not to try to play that content back, not all of my users are.  The kids end up picking 4k movies on a 1080p TV, and it crushes the server, and the transcodes don't work half of the time.

 

I need a way to exclude specific libraries from specific devices.
