Server won't update

Hi Good morning Emby Team:

 

We would like to ask for your help. 
Currently have the following emby server version. 

 

Now as we update it. It still revert to that version of the server. 

Even though we already restarted it. Follow the instructions on how to update it. Still doesn't work. 

 

 

the said notification still exist even after the update which means it's un-successful. 

Inline with this, we would like to ask for your help regarding this issue.

Hi, try shutting down the server, then installing the latest version from the website. let us know if this helps. thanks !

I have observed this when multiple rdp session are active. I found that Running the installer from the "console" session rather than a remote session worked

We have the same issue with Server version 3.0.83 saying its updated to 3.1.2 but it does not Restart on clicking the Restart button. A manual restart has Version 3.0.83 restarting...
