DVD video rip being transcoded in Chrome Windows 10

Watching "Big Jake" on my Tronsmart Ara X5, Windows 10 micro PC, Chrome browser is being transcoded when I see no reason why it should.  AVR is showing "multi channel in".

Well the browser/browsers are limited on codec support.  Edge is the only browser that support AC3.

Ok, opened "Big Jake" with Edge Browser, and it is still transcoding, but much, much worse than playing in Chrome.

Ran the test on my Windows 10 box, with Edge, got 460,  Chrome browser got 507.  And yes, I see that Chrome does NOT support Dolby....

There is no browser that supports mpeg2video, and only the Edge browser supports ac3. Is there something we can do here to prevent you from thinking Emby is doing something wrong?
