Connection failure

Connection failure: We're unable to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again.

 

I shared the server to my email and then logged onto that account via Android app. The above message comes up when I click on the server name on the Android app. The server is up and running and I can access it fine on the server itself. I am remote (in outside network) on Android device that is getting this message.

Also, I do not have Premiere.
