searching libraries

I installed emby earlier today and am hugely impressed so far.  I am only really interested in it as a home video/photo server, the missing feature for me in this regard is the ability to search my large collection of home videos with something more than a straight plain text match on the name.

 

I had a quick dig in the code and spotted a reference to lucene but I suspect it might be a reference to some former implementation.

 

is there currently any way to do more advanced queries along the lines of "keyword1 AND keyword2" that would match against "1234_keyword2_something_keyword1.mp4"

 

I am willing to dig into the code or create my own fork in order to get this functionality if needed, but would like a pointer as to the best place to start!

Hi, not at the moment but we are planning to significantly expand search features in the future.
