task scheduler time oddity

Trying to set a server restart task for 12:00 AM but it always shows PM no matter what time I set for 12:XX AM. Other morning hours don't seem to be affected. Actually now that I try different hours I find that a lot of the AM / PM seem to be messed up. 3:00 PM shows as 3:00 AM, 11:59 PM is AM.

 

I restarted the server just to be sure it wasn't some random glitch. Using stable 3.1.1.0

 

I haven't tried any other tasks. Anyone else seeing this or just me?

Can you post the logs reflecting this?  Is it specific tasks?
