What happened to revolving backdrops?

Hey guys, I see the new blurry backdrop setup on Emby theater Xbox One. While I'm not crazy about it, it doesn't bother me that much. But why have the revolving backdrops stopped? Why are we saving multiple backrops for each movie if they aren't being shown. If no video backdrop is present that is something I always liked to see. Just curious...

Any word on restoring this yet? I was so happy when it happened and then it was gone again after the addition of the blurry backdrops... Not utilzing the many backrop images that are saved in the extra thumbs folders seems like a waste of space to me...
