Stream wont play

So if I try to stream this using a different player on android it will play no issues but will not not play using emby.

I think the issue is pointing to VLC not knowing what the content bitrate is .... any suggestions?

Does it play in the web app?

It does not play in emby at all.

 

If I download the m3u8 file and it will play inside of chrome with no issues.

The path is invalid, look at the url it's trying to play, which i'll refrain from posting here because it has an email address. this is coming from an m3u tuner setup? what does the m3u look like?

you have a line break in the middle of the group title attribute

So I fixed that but now it just sits and spins but doesnt appear to be playing .... did you by chance try the stream?

Ffmpeg log? I tried several in the web app before realizing that it was only a problem with that specific channel. Once I saw the malformed m3u I did not test again though.

Okay thanks Luke! I did get it sorted out, I had to restart the server to get it to update correctly. Either way it is working and I went though all my m3u to make sure they were all correct!
