Home screen tab click function?

Is there supposed to be an action you can take by clicking on the library tabs on the home screen?

 

 

When I click or use enter, the tab flashes and the app makes a noise but nothing happens?  If there isn't an intended function can I suggest that it would open the library similar to the "All Movies" or "All Series" widgets?

It switches to that library. If you selected tv, your screen would show tv related actions. If you are at the libraries main screen already, nothing happens.
