Bambule 0 Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 (edited) Yesterday, emby deleted the whole library, because it couldnt find the path (/media38.......xxx.../Videos). But the path is stiill there, access for everybody! I did a clean install, but when I add the folders for movies and tv series, the library scan tooks just 1 second and nothing is added. The last weeks I have lot of problems with emby (Fire tv app cant play any movie for example). It's really annoying .. now my databse is CLEAN. serverlog.txt Edited December 19, 2016 by Bambule
Luke 42077 Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 Hi welcome @@Bambule, what do you mean deletes library? Did you use the delete function?
Bambule 0 Posted December 20, 2016 Author Posted December 20, 2016 (edited) I used nothing. I started kodi and all movies disappeared. I looked at the server and there are 0 movies and 0 series. I set up a new vm with omv (omv2) and mounten a nfs share from omv1 with my movies. At this new system, It's also not possible to set up a new emby library. When I click scna it happens nothing. For the media files I set chmod 777. Here is the serverlog. Gesendet von meinem Nexus 5X mit Tapatalk Log.txt Edited December 20, 2016 by Bambule
Luke 42077 Posted December 20, 2016 Posted December 20, 2016 Hi,I think you need to go into Library setup in the Emby Server dashboard and add your libraries. Once you've done that, then run a library scan. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks !
Bambule 0 Posted December 20, 2016 Author Posted December 20, 2016 When I click "sync library" it happens nothing. I tried to give the mediafolder 777. Nothing. I set up a new omv installation. In this installation (omv2) I mountet a nfs share from omv1 with the media files. This folder I added to my new emby installation. Sync -> nothing. This is the log from the new install. There are different errors in the serverlogs. It's a fresh omv installation! 2016-12-20 15:45:59.2458 Error HttpServer: Error processing request *** Error Report *** Version: 3.1.0.0 Command line: /opt/emby/MediaBrowser.Server.Mono.exe -programdata /media/b03b6aa3-e92c-4707-aa17-daa8a99cf9ba/emby -restartpath /usr/sbin/emby.sh Operating system: Unix 3.16.0.0 64-Bit OS: True 64-Bit Process: True Mono: 4.6.2 (Stable 4.6.2.7/08fd525 Mon Nov 21 12:08:40 UTC 2016) Processor count: 2 Program data path: /media/b03b6aa3-e92c-4707-aa17-daa8a99cf9ba/emby Application directory: /opt/emby System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Unable to find the specified file.
