Meta / images not showing up for TV Shows

I have recently reinstalled Emby 3.1.0.0 on a new computer. I selected the drives with the videos and let the system scan. It has discovered the movies and tv shows, but only shows images and meta data for the movies. I have told the system to rescan, refresh metadata, etc. I have even manually searched for, selected, and updated the metadata for some of the shows but it still does not want to reflect this. I have attached the recent log.
