leebo 12 Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 (edited) Sorry to ask such a basic question. I've tried searching, but for the life of me I cannot figure it out in the Fire TV app. I have added three songs to a queue, but can't figure any way to play them. Seems I was able to once by simply pushing the play button on the remote while no songs or albums were highlighted, but that ain't working now. My FTV app version is 1.2.77a Edited December 17, 2016 by leebo
ebr 16169 Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 As soon as you added something to the queue, at the top of the screen a little "bug" with the album image and a time and artist name should have appeared up next to the date. Arrow up there and select it. Or, simply hit the play button on another song and it will ask you if you want to replace or add to the queue. Once in the music player interface, there is a button where you can save the current queue as a playlist. 1
leebo 12 Posted December 17, 2016 Author Posted December 17, 2016 Thank you, ebr. I will try that a little later today. I do not recall seeing that though. Maybe it wasn't apparent. Still, I think things like that should be in the wiki.
Luke 42077 Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 It should be in the wiki you're right, but at the same time if you can't figure it out then it means we probably need to go back and see how the design can be improved. thanks.
ebr 16169 Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 Here is what you are looking for but I just discovered that, if you added something to the queue from the detail screen of an album or playlist then, when you first came back to the music library screen, it may not have shown up. Backing up to the home screen and then going back into any library, should make it show up though. If you had actually started playback instead of just queuing, then it would have taken you directly to the audio player. I'll have to look at why it may not show up immediately. Thanks.
