Actor images only show after refreshing movie on server.

In order to get the actor images to show in EWMC, I have to go to the Emby Server and refresh each the individual movies. I then go back the EWMC and refresh the movie then all the actors images appear. Thank you

If you add a new movie, what happens? does the cast populate?

Ohh  gosh I do not know but I guess I will have to buy another movie to find out. Thanks I will tell my wife that I have to  buy another for trouble shooting purposes

As a test you could try copying one of the files and renaming it as another movie. The reason I am asking is because I don't believe this will happen with new movies, so I just want to confirm that.

If you want to refresh your entire movie collection to pull the actors in, you can refresh a parent folder from the server metadata manager.
